The Certification Experience
The SBE Marketing Certificate is a 15-week experience that teaches participants how to develop and grow a sports organization’s brand.
Lecture Topics
Lectures will be given on the following topics:
- Marketing
- Social Media
- Content
- Merchandising
- Communications
- Community Outreach
- Game Entertainment
Projects
2 Group Projects:
- real-life projects applying the knowledge and approach
1 Final Group Project:
- an all-encompassing project that is designed to utilize skills being developed, applied to a real-life project
Interview Days
SBE has partnered with college and professional sports organizations and will provide every SBE participant the opportunity to interview with at least one hiring manager from one of the SBE partner organizations at the end of the Sports Business Certification.
