SBE prepares students and young professionals with an interest in the sports industry for a career in sports by teaching a foundational curriculum, applying the learnings to real-life scenarios, and connecting participants to industry professionals.

SBE brings a network of industry relationships with hiring managers and is committed to preparing all participants for a career in sports – including through the interview process – and will provide at least one interview with an actual hiring manager of an SBE partner organization.  However, SBE does not guarantee jobs or internships to any of those accepted into the program.

Because SBE combines Curriculum, Real-Life Experiences, and Connections to Hiring Mangers, it can be utilized by Undergraduate Students and Graduate Students as a supplement to the education that an individual is currently receiving, regardless of major or concentration. SBE can also be utilized for Young Professionals looking to transition into the sports industry.

SBE is focused on a strategy that utilizes curriculum, application, and connection to prepare young, talented students and professionals for a career in the sports business. The SBE team is comprised of a group of individuals who are currently working in and among the sports industry, providing real-time and real-life opportunities for the students, which simply aren’t available in other programs.

Yes, we will be limiting the enrollment to ensure the virtual experience provides an opportunity for personal engagement for the participants.

SBE is $5,500 per certification and each certification lasts approximately one semester. This cost is designed to be significantly less than traditional Sports Management Degree Programs.

Scholarships are not available at this time.

SBE is specifically designed to prepare young people for careers in the business of sports and would be ancillary to those who are hoping to work as a GM or Coach.
